These authentic handmade African ornaments are made by hand in Nairobi, Kenya out of calabash or what some call gourd. Geometric decorative accents are painstakingly etched into each gourd's surface to create a beautiful ornament for your Christmas tree. Durable strings are then inserted through the gourd's top to allow for hanging.
Each ornament is sold singly. Each ornament will have a different design which is what makes them truly unique works of art. The calabash ornaments can measure between 5" to 8" in height and 3" to 5" in width depending upon the size of the gourd used to make the ornament.
