Nathaniel Barnes Art Gallery

Known for expressing his thoughts through his signature abstract technique, Nathaniel has skillfully mastered the art of various artistic styles. His styles include: Figurative expression, Impression, Landscape, Portrait, Semi-abstract, Black & white and Still life. His works, all created with acrylic on canvas, encompass a variety of moods and experiences. His paintings often depict a deep sense of emotion that is sometime relative to the circumstance/s in which the viewer might be feeling. Although he has been well known locally throughout the years, he has recently begun to gain greater national exposure by and through the media, and persons whom have shared his works with others. He credits his accomplishments not only from his own hard work, but many artists who have gone before him in helping to pave the way. Mr. Barnes is a member of the Long Island New York Black Artists Association and the Guild Art Group in Jamaica, West Indies.
