I'm so sorry to hear about your displeasure with our service. I'm a little confused as to why you state that we shipped your order a week late. I'm showing that the order was placed on 05/08 and was shipped on 05/11 which is within the 1 to 3 business day shipping policy stated on the website. The order was delivered on 05/15 by USPS and the additional 4 days was transit time when the package was in the post office's possession. Our goal is to satisfy all of our customers. Can you please reply with any additional information you may have regarding this order or how you feel as if we didn't meet our service level promise?
