Horrible service

I purchased this picture with a frame. The picture came in the mail and the frame was busted. I’ve sent pictures to customer service via email, text messages and I’ve even been sent to someone named Rose Winjoy who works as a customer service representative. I cannot get this company to simply refund the frame amount or send me a new frame. I never submit reviews if they are negative but this company is TERRIBLE!!! Buy from someone and somewhere else

Unfortuantely, since mid May our staff has been reduced and order volume has doubled resulting in straining in every system.
