Description
A historical work of art by Jay C. Bakari depicting the famed Egyptian Pharaoh Seti I also known as Seti the Great. He was a prolific builder and military commander. He was responsible for the construction of many things but only the Temple of Amen at Karnak, The Temple of Seti at Abydos and The Osireion have survived. At these sites is what is now believed to be Egypt’s finest reliefs, their quality never to be matched by any of Seti’s successors. He was considered a great Pharaoh by his subjects and peers but he was overshadowed by the greatness of his son, Ramesses II.
