Did not receive all the items that I bought and paid for. Do not buy anything from this site. They will not answer my e-mails concerning the issue. They took my money and have never sent all the items that I paid for nor have they made restitution for the missing item.

I show that your order was split. Your order was placed on 03/25 and the first part of your order was shipped on 03/31. The second part of your order is still on backorder. I'm not sure how you were attempting to communicate with us but unfortunately, we didn't receive any emails and the notes show that you were aware that the item was on backorder and was alright with it shipping when it came back in stock. Based on this feedback we will go ahead and issue a full refund. We always honor our returns and refunds policy and whenever an item is backorder we also notify the customer. Per your request, the item that didn't ship will be refunded and you should already have the other two items in your order.
