As much as I liked the artwork, while framed permanently, the artwork was framed UPSIDE DOWN, making it completely useless. I cannot recommend buying this. The refund process was awful.

I'm so sorry to hear about your issue. I see that you were sent a prepaid mailing label for the return on 02/06 but that you never used the label to retun the item to us. We sincerely apologize for this framing error. I've never seen this happen before but we accept full responsibility. Did you receive the label? We are happy to fully refund it or exchange it but we need for you to return the item.
