No, I never received this item, nor notice until I began inquiring about delivery. Afterwards, I received an email stating the item had been cancelled, per my request, again, not true. Further I called continuously and left my contact information and to no avail receive a return call. Next, I receive an email informing me that the item was discontinued and no longer available. Next was the task of being refunded for this item. After numerous emails, threat and beginning process of contacting an attorney, BBB, and the Attorney General's Office, I received an email informing that my refund had been processed and credited back to my card for this item. Due to the lack of notification and follow-up

I'm sorry you feel this way. While there was clearly. Service on our part your threats had absolutely nothing to do with your refund and you implying that is disheartening and inaccurate. We always honor our returns and refund policy whether it is a 100.00 order, 1000.00 order or a 20.00 order such as yours. We have never defrauded or stolen from any customer ever at anytime. Mistakes were clearly made with your order but we will not allow to characterize this an intentional error or something done as if we were attempting fraud. We have 1000s upon 1000s of positive reviews and is unfortunate we were unable to give you the service you deserve but that doesn't make us criminals either not will we allow our organization to be characterized as such.
