Beneath the speckled sunlight filtering through brownstone windows in Brooklyn, a woman reclines on a vintage couch, the languid heat of a summer day wrapping around her. The sounds of the city outside create a symphony of serenity that lulls her into dreams. As a soft breeze weaves through the open windows, it carries with it the scents of nearby eateries, the rhythms of hip-hop and reggae, and the dreams of countless souls. Amidst the confines of her home, she embraces solace and tranquility, basking in a serene and peaceful repose, all the while aware of the raw and unfiltered energy that fills the streets outside. As the very essence of the borough stirs in the air, her spirit finds comfort in the familiarity of this Brooklyn breeze's serenade.

Bryan Collier
Bryan Collier, hailing from Pocomoke, Maryland, found his artistic calling ignited by childhood picture books. The youngest of six siblings, he translated his fascination with water, marshland, and ducks into vibrant teen paintings. Encouraged both at home and school, Bryan honed a unique style marrying watercolors and collage. Collage, for him, was more than technique; it symbolized unity and connections. Triumphs, including a Congressional Competition win and a Pratt Institute scholarship, paved his journey to graduating with honors. His dedication extended to Harlem Horizon Studio and Hospital Center, nurturing self-taught artists. Transitioning to full-time children's book illustration, Bryan champions the power of art in school visits and book projects. Guiding students to embrace their own narratives, he transforms them from hesitant to empowered storytellers. Through his vibrant art and engagement, Bryan Collier's legacy resonates as an inspirational beacon of creativity. Most in stock items ship in 0 to 5 business depending upon the shipping method selected during checkout.
