An Egyptian themed work of art that depicts Nefertiti, the Great Royal Wife of the Pharoah Akhenaten who also known as Amenhotep IV. Together they ruled over what is commonly considered the wealthiest period of Ancient Egypt. Some historians believe that she ruled Egypt possibly as a Pharoah after her husband died and before the ascension of Tutankhamun.

Jay Bakari
Born in Pittsburgh, Jay began his formal art education in high school at Forbes Road Vocational East. From there he attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Ivy School of Art, and finally transferred from Ivy to The Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
