I was very disappointed. The

I was very disappointed. The print has a very noticeable crease in it as if it were the display print. I paid to have the print here for my husband's birthday and someone says they didn't have the word Avenue on my address. Therefore, they were unable to ship it on time. I argued and argued my point that "Avenue" shouldn't matter. The person on the phone said the computer system couldn't read the address. Amazon.com can. I'm just sayin'. The good news is that the print did arrive on his birthday. The bad news is that it can't be framed because of the fingerprints on it, the smudges and the crease. Disappointed is an understatement. The print is in the closet and we will purchase one from somewhere else. Usually, I'm good for returning something if I'm dissatisfied. But I don't even want to deal with this bad-service-giving, excuse-making, cavalier-attitude having company and its employees/owners.
